Natural Astia Film Recipe Gallery

Many of the film recipes on this site are soft toned or nostalgic, but for this challenge, we tried out the Natural Astia film recipe with bright natural colour.

As always, our community of Facebook friends and site readers rose to the task and submitted a wide range of wonderful images from all around the world.

As you review the images below, you may feel inspired to join us in the next challange. If so, the details of how it works are in the panel below.

Natural Astia by Giang Le

Giang Le joins us from Vietnam, and has shared a stylish selection. If you think the name is familiar, it may be because Giang Le provided us the truly excellent adapted recipe, Yakisugi Green.

Natural Astia by Sabrina Magnusson

Sabrina used Natural Astia on vacation, and captured the bright sunny scenes with the happy and vibrant look that this recipe adopts in these conditions.

Natural Astia by Marcel Fraij

One of the wonderful things about our film recipe challenges, is seeing how photographers adapt the recipe into their shooting style. Marcel is extremely creative, and loves to produce combinations of images that work together. He’s done it again with Natural Astia and produced excellent results.

Natural Astia by Andrew Gundershaug

Another person on vacation was Andrew, who shared these beautiful and varied images from sunny Mexico.

Natural Astia by Jun Jun Dolloso

In Jun Jun’s selection we get a change to see Natural Astia in a few different lighting conditions and how it handles colours.

Natural Astia by M Mohanram

We’re out in teh greenery on a sunny day with this short series from MM. I especially like the light in the ‘runner’ photo.

Natural Astia by Darren Urda

Darren tests out just about every film recipe that I publish, and so it’s no surprise that he also took a walk with Natural Astia for our challenge. I love this little window into the pretty nature of Australia.

Natural Astia by John Dryden

John joined in our challenge, shooting some Natural Astia on a trip to Budapest. That adds another city out challenge has been too 😊

Natural Astia by Johan Sandell

Johan entered jsut a single image into our challenge, but it’s a lovely one, bursting with colour.

Natural Astia by David Forsdike

Another regular in our group and these challenges is David, who takes us out and about in the South of France. Here’s a selection of his submissions from this beautiful region.

Natural Astia by Thierry Bressy

We’re finishing up our gallery with a set of springtime squares from Thierry Bressy. Natural Astia really comes alive with spring greens.

As always, I am grateful to all of our readers that share their images. It’s inspiring to me to see your photos with the film recipes, and to see how you interpret their style. I’d love to see your images too, so if you’d like to join in, you can read how it works in the panel below.
